Our aim is to attract and maintain a high-quality, diverse workforce that helps us deliver a first-rate service to our clients around the world and gives us greater opportunities to connect with them. We are determined to have an inclusive, meritocracy-based working environment where everyone is treated fairly and diversity is embraced, so that all individuals can flourish. Business Inclusion Groups We are transforming our culture through ‘tone at the top’ messaging and innovative training, mentoring and sponsorship programming focused on inclusive behaviour and actions. We support our personnel through a number of Business Inclusion Groups (BIGs), including LEADRS (disability), PRISM (LGBT+) and the Multicultural Network. Our BIGs are open to everyone, not just those who self-identify as being a member of a particular group.
